Sorry, no video diary tonight as our connection is slow again, but please read below and enjoy the slide show.
Well, a little longer day today. We started out after a relatively easy day yesterday, and a marvelous time at the Timber Cove Inn. Lot's of hill climbing today (4803 ft of climbing actually). Had a good breakfast in Jenner, and a nice lunch at Tamalas bakery. Greg's friend Jenny met up with us there and rode with us quite a way. Very fun. Also met a nice couple, Dave and Fiona, at Bodega Bay. We stopped in to get a pirate flag, and they gave us a pound and a half of salt water taffy. Yum, thank you Dave and Fiona. Finally finished around Pt. Reyes. Can definitely feel that we'll be hitting the city tomorrow.
Wind is great when it's behind you and you're riding your bike. But, it has completely blown out the surf. So, we're doing bike and tow California. As the saying goes, Pray for Surf.
Funniest moment of the day: As we were leaving Tamalas, a cow locked in on Mike and started running after him, jumping over creeks, bushes, etc. Thought I was witnessing a chasing of the bulls scene.
