Bike & Surf California!
June 25th
Easy day into Big Sur today.  Originally it was slated to be a 30 mile ride, but we decided to go around Asilomar and Pebble Beach, which added ten miles.  But, it was totally worth it.  SO beautiful.  Nice and foggy and cool.

We checked surf at Asilomar, Carmel, and Andrew Molera.  I'm going to head back to A.M. and check surf in a bit while Mike and Laura get massages as a birthday present to Mike.

In Carmel we met Barney and Victoria.  They own The Carmel Bay Company.  We had coffee and were getting ready to leave when Barney came out and gave us 4 amazing toffee bars.  Wow, what nice people and a great little shop.  In fact, Laura and I have checked out that shop every time we've been in Carmel.  So, support the nice folks there.

Had a beautiful ride into Big Sur and now we're just hanging out enjoying the sun.  Looking forward to hanging out with Selena who has set us up at the Big Sur River Inn.  Have a rest day here tomorrow, so that will be great.
